A day late on this…. sorry!!
Here are the instructions for the notebooks I made for the goody bags, as mentioned in my previous post.
Cardstock is cut at 5.5″ by 8.5″, scored in half (4.25″).
The white paper is just regular computer paper. I cut it to 5.5″ by 8.25″, scored at 4.125″ — this helps the pages not show past the cardstock cover. Each notebook contains 10 sheets of the cut computer paper, giving you 20 pages to write on.
Using stamps from the Painter’s Palette set, I added a cute image to the corner.
I used Basic Black Baker’s Twine to tie it all together. I found fun colored pens at Target, that matched each of the notebooks too.
Not available in the Stampin’ Up catalog, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I have a 2 1/2 year old assistant that did a fabulous job cleaning up my scraps!!
My seven year olds love the notebooks! They are always asking me for paper and stuff to write with, so now they have their own, handmade notebook.
Thanks for stopping by!
