I cannot believe it has been almost a month since I last posted….
However, I have something fun to share. I’ve been working on my Christmas cards and I wanted to share those ideas with you. I make picture cards and always struggle between the balance of stamping art and the picture itself. This year, I did primarily z-fold cards and a few 5 x 7 cards. I really like the z-fold cards because they showcase the stamping art and the picture separately. They also fit in the standard 5 3/4″ x 4 3/8″ envelopes Stampin’ Up sells. For the 5 x 7 cards, I make my envelopes using the Stampin’ Up punch board.
Below is a collage of all my card designs.
Be sure to check back these next few days to see more instruction on how I made the different designs.
Thanks for stopping by!!
Are you ready for Halloween?!?!
I have been busy making treats for today —
For the wee ones, play-doh is always a big hit. Using the spooky fun stamp set and coordinating Halloween scene edgelits, along with the Halloween night washi tape and designer series paper, I created some fun bag toppers.
Another big hit with the elementary school kids are PENCILS. Here are some spooky pencil treat bags.
These treat bags also used the cookie cutter Halloween stamp set and coordinating cookie cutter builder punch.
Are you scared yet!?!?!
If not, check out these Dove chocolate treat bags…
These treat bags use the 2 x 8 cello bags.
Now, these are my FAVORITE treats I put together using the clear tiny treat boxes.
Turns out you can fit 4 York peppermint patties or 3 Reeses peanut butter cups in these perfectly-sized 2 x 2 boxes.
Hope you have a spooky, scary, and happy halloween!!!
